Vitals and Vibes is C2H's yearly health day in Austin. It brings families, community organizations, academic partners, and local leaders together for health education, wellness activities, and connections to local services, all in one feel-good afternoon.

Vitals and Vibes is one of our signature community wellness programs in Austin. It is a relaxed, welcoming space where anyone can learn something new about their health, meet the people and services that can help, and leave feeling more supported.

Behind the fun is serious work. The event connects community organizations, academic partners, and local leaders through partnership-driven projects that blend research, outreach, and public health. It is community outreach for health equity that feels like a celebration.

Vitals and Vibes 2026 at The R.O.C.K. ATX

On May 3, 2026, neighbors gathered at The R.O.C.K. ATX from noon to 3:00 PM to learn, connect, and take charge of their well-being. The day brought wellness resources, health education, and local services together under one roof.

Why a health day matters

Wellness starts with community

Austin Public Health's 2025 Community Health Assessment found high rates of mental health distress across Travis County, along with cost and transportation barriers that keep many residents from getting care. Events like Vitals and Vibes bring information and support to people where they are, in a setting that feels safe and familiar.

Nearly 18%of Travis County adults reported a depression diagnosis between 2019 and 2023
Higher ratesof poor physical health and chronic issues reported by Black and Hispanic residents

No. Vitals and Vibes is a free community event.

Everyone. Families, seniors, young people, and anyone who wants to learn more about their health and connect with local resources are welcome.

Registration helps us plan for enough resources. When registration opens for the next event, the link will be shared here and on our calendar.
