Mission
Community Coalition for Health's mission is to advance community health and wellbeing in the Eastern Crescent of Austin along all of the social determinants of health: economic stability, education access and quality, health care access and quality, neighborhood and built environment, and social and community context. Our goal is to empower, inform, and inspire individuals to lead healthy lifestyles while equipping them with the tools they need through clinics and educational programs that will aide in longevity for the betterment of the families and the community.

Our vision here at C2H, is to make sure that our community remains informed about current events that can impact their daily lives, empower them with the resources they need to thrive and survive, and inspire them to begin and continue to live healthy lifestyles not only physically, but holistically.
