Our mission is to empower, inform, and inspire residents to take charge of their health through accessible education, clinics, and wellness programs.
By addressing all social determinants of health, from healthcare access to community connection, our vision is to work hand in hand with neighbors, partners, and local leaders to create lasting, healthy communities.
Community Coalition for Health’s vision is centered around three key concepts. We look to make sure that our community remains informed about current events that can impact their daily lives, empower them with the resources they need to thrive and survive, and inspire them to begin and continue to live healthy lifestyles not only physically, but holistically.
